Nexney / The product launch kit

One idea. A practical next step.

You have the product. Let’s make the launch.

Send the photographs and the facts. I turn them into a connected set of promotional graphics, a short vertical film and copy you can put to work.

Name, email and your idea. Write as much as you need.

A useful starting point

Sound familiar?

You do not need a finished brief to start. A real problem and a rough idea are enough for the first conversation.

  • You are a retailer or supplier with a product ready to promote.

  • You have real photographs but need a stronger presentation.

  • You want your feed, stories and message to feel like one campaign.

The work / A closer look

From a real photograph to a launch direction.

Sustainable Tech’s GB350T crusher with infeed conveyor is the starting point. The actual machine stays intact while layout, typography and motion build the campaign around it.

A still photograph.
A short product film.

This silent 15-second exploration uses layout and movement around the retained product image. It is a new demonstration, with no operating footage or commercial results implied.

What we can make

One product. A connected set.

A clear scope before the work starts. A useful result you can review.

A short vertical film.

An approximately 15-second motion treatment built around your approved photographs, message and brand.

Three promotional graphics.

A coordinated set supplied in feed and story formats for the channels agreed in your quotation.

Words to go with them.

Accompanying post copy with the product facts, a clear message and a useful call to action.

One clear review.

One consolidated revision round is the example scope. Bring feedback together before the final exports.

This is an example launch kit for one product or promotion. Price and delivery date follow a review of your material. Photography, publishing, advertising spend, music licensing where needed and additional revisions are separately scoped. Product features and performance claims come from information you approve.

Your idea, in your words

Send what you have.
We’ll shape it together.

Photographs of the real product, accurate product details, your brand assets, the audience, the channels and your desired launch date. Phone photographs are welcome; I review the source quality first.

  1. Start by email.

Send your idea in one message. Add links or creative material if you have them.

  2. Agree the job.

I review the brief and come back with questions, a practical scope and a quotation.

  3. Build, review and hand over.

See the work at agreed points, check the result and decide whether you need ongoing help.

After the first project / Ongoing support

Give the next launch a place in the plan.

For businesses with regular products or promotions, agree capacity for a recurring content list instead of starting every brief from scratch.

Examples for the priority list

  • Prepare the next product’s graphics and short film.
  • Adapt approved content for a seasonal promotion.
  • Update the matching product or campaign page.

A working agreement, made clear

Capacity & priorities
Agree monthly capacity, support hours and response expectations. Keep one prioritised list and confirm what fits before work starts.
A regular review
Agree when to review the launch calendar, the material you can supply and the work delivered. Set the next priorities around the available capacity.
Ownership & handover
Agree who owns the files and accounts, who maintains them and how work is handed over. Identify third-party costs and any larger new projects separately.

The quotation defines the fee and the arrangement. Ongoing support is a separate choice after a project, with its own scope.

Optional / Nexney Kickstarter

Bring your direction.
Get 10% off your quoted project fee.

Add your brand details, palette, logo or references through the Kickstarter in the enquiry form. We agree the scope and confirm the discount in your quotation. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a project.

Before you start

A few useful answers.

Can you make the video from photographs?

Yes, when the concept suits still images. Movement, cropping, typography and transitions can create a short film without suggesting the product was filmed in operation.

Will you post everything for me?

The example kit includes finished assets and copy. Publishing, account access and advertising are separate unless they are included in the agreed scope.

What if my photographs are not good enough?

I will explain the limitation before quoting the final job. We can agree a simpler treatment or identify the additional photographs needed.
